The Founders / Facilitators
Nadia Hrynkiw, LMT
Medicine Woman | Oracle | Trauma Specialist

Nadia’s path into this work wasn’t something she planned—it was something she was called into.
Like many people seeking healing, Nadia spent years searching for answers within systems that could not help her. Despite countless diagnoses, treatments, and years of inner work, she eventually realized that true healing required answering a deeper calling.
That journey became a profound spiritual initiation. It asked her to leave behind the life she had built, trust what she could not yet see, and dedicate herself to a different way of serving the world. In 2018, that calling led Nadia to found Sacred Heart Medicine Sanctuary, a nonprofit organization created to build community and provide accessible Shamanic healing opportunities for those who might otherwise never receive them.
Today, Nadia serves as a mentor, healer, teacher, and guide, helping people reconnect with themselves, navigate spiritual awakening, heal trauma, and create lives rooted in authenticity rather than survival.
Her background bridges both modern and traditional paths to healing, which makes her approach uniquely grounded. She has studied psychology, law, massage therapy, energy healing, shadow work, coaching, and end-of-life care. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals facing severe mental illness, trauma, grief, major life transitions, and profound spiritual experiences.
Since 2018, Nadia has facilitated transformational retreats, mentorship programs, ceremonies, and community events dedicated to deep personal growth. While she has had the privilege of learning from teachers across multiple spiritual traditions and healing modalities, her greatest education has come through direct experience. Her work is rooted in listening deeply—to the body, to nature, to the unseen, and to the quiet wisdom that exists within every person. Rather than following a single lineage or tradition, she allows truth to reveal itself through relationship, presence, and lived experience.
Nadia’s formal training includes: Licensed Massage Therapy, (FLMA109098), Advanced Craniosacral Therapy, Bodywork for PTSD, Reiki Master Training, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Shadow Work Facilitation, Yoga Teacher Training (in progress) and numerous Shamanic Mentorships/Apprenticeships with varying lineages.

Rebecca Tryon, LMT
Intuitive | Reiki Master | Healer

Drawing from her diverse foundation of education, experience, and intuitive insight, Rebecca integrates metaphysical and shamanic principles, somatic practices, energy work, spiritual and emotional development, shadow work, ritual, ceremony, and practical coaching to support the whole person. Her approach honors the unique journey of each person and also provides compassionate guidance toward healing, empowerment, and conscious living
Rebecca believes that healing is not about becoming someone different, and there is nothing to fix because we are not broken. It is about remembering who we are beneath the pain, the conditioning, and life experiences that have shaped us. Her passion is creating a safe, supportive space where others can reconnect with their own inner guidance, embody their authentic selves, and build lives aligned with their deepest values and purpose.
Rebecca’s path into this work was not born from theory; it was born from lived experience. Until her early 30s, Rebecca lived in survival mode, stuck as a victim of life’s circumstances, spending years overcoming complex PTSD, chronic illness, debilitating anxiety, abusive relationships, manic depression, and deeply ingrained patterns of people-pleasing and self-sacrifice.
It wasn’t until she realized that the answers she was so desperately seeking were not outside of herself but wrapped up in her “mess” spoken through her body and her struggles as messages. She just had to listen, and that listening became remembering, and that remembering became her calling. Rebecca’s healing has been a journey of reclaiming her voice, her body, her boundaries, and her personal sovereignty.
That journey led to her dedicating her life to understanding transformation from every angle. Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Today, she guides others who are ready to reconnect to their sovereignty through integration of mind, body, spirit, and create lives rooted in wholeness, purpose, and self-trust.
Rebecca is a Licensed Massage Therapist, an Ordained Metaphysical Minister, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Metaphysical Science. Rebecca completed a seven-month shamanic training immersion. She is a certified Life Coach, Spiritual Coach, Future Self Coach, and Law of Attraction Coach, as well as a Certified Infinite Possibilities Teacher and Trainer. She is also a Reiki Master and Teacher in both Reiki Solas and Kundalini Reiki.

Rachel Elizabeth Rutkie, PsyD
Mystic | Metaphysical Practitioner | Licensed
Psychologist

Rachel Elizabeth has spent most of her life striving to answer two questions: Who am I? & What is Real?
Growing up as a biracial, neurodiverse, gender-confused individual left Rachel wrestling with duality and seeking information. Over time, she saw that science, psychology, and spiritual dogma all fell short in her search for Truth.
Recently, however, she awoke to the one “place” where Truth resides—in direct relationship with Spirit. In 2021, Rachel obtained her psychologist license while simultaneously answering The Call Within to embark on a deeper spiritual path. Over her training and time as a licensed provider, Rachel has worked with a variety of people on psychological healing and personal growth. Though she has fully enjoyed developing deep therapeutic relationships in the individual therapy container, Rachel has noticed that psychotherapy is not enough to support individuals in achieving the personal transformation that many of us crave.
Now, Rachel’s one-on-one work combines Western psychology, timeless teachings, The Unseen, The Otherworldly, and her unique gifts. She is committed to her personal healing as much as she is committed to supporting the greater healing of this world. As her identity and lifestyle shift, Rachel finds herself spending more time in nature, deepening relationships with her loved ones, cooking more vegetarian meals, and exploring creative outlets.
