A 7-month Mentorship Program for those who are ready to meet the unknown within themselves. During this program, you will be guided through experiences that fundamentally alter how you perceive yourself and your reality.  It is not simply for learning, but for becoming the person you came here to be. 

What You Will Learn

The coursework in each cohort is customized to the flow and needs of each unique group.

Advanced Shamanic Journeywork
Learn to work with guides and masters on the other side.
Identifying and Rewriting Beliefs
Your beliefs are your foundation for reality; it’s important to evaluate them!
Self-Coaching
Feel confident in your ability to support yourself through deep transformation.

Reach depths within yourself that are far beyond traditional therapy.
Mapping the Spirit World
Navigate the unseen world with skill.
Imagination Play
Bring in more play and joy to your healing process.
Working with Plant Allies
Learn to understand and work with Plant Spirits.
Soul Retrieval
Reclaim aspects of yourself that have been outcasted or fractured from trauma.
Concepts and Practices of Energy Healing
Everything is energy – now you’ll know how it works and how to work with it.

What’s Included

Medicine Mentorship Cohort

7 day / 6 night immersive opening retreat. More details below.

7 day / 6 night immersive closing retreat. Includes accommodations, airport transportation, full-time chef, group excursions, closing ceremony and group work. Optional initiatory tattoos.

A live online group sessions lasting 4-5 hours one weekend day per month. Each class includes wisdom teachings, integration support, and hands-on practices.

One 75 minute coaching call to support you with the coursework.

In between our live classes, we will meet for integration support monthly to ensure everyone is well supported in their process.

You will also have a bonus month of integration support in May.

Each month, you will be given homework and practices to dive into. These are offered through an online learning portal and you will be granted access for one year.

Connect with your cohort, discuss the course topics, and support each other on your transformational journey.

Optional Add-Ons

Additional 1-on-1 Coaching with a Facilitator of your choice. Sessions will be discounted to $75 for cohort participants.

Couples coaching (with two coaches) for you and your partner. Sessions will be discounted to $75 for cohort participants.

For a clinically informed, yet spiritually-focused level of personal support, you can book one or ongoing sessions with our licensed psychologist. Sessions will be discounted to $125 for cohort participants. These sessions will not include diagnosis, nor will they be aimed at treating specific mental health disorders. Rather, our psychologist incorporates Western psychology into a spiritual and intuitive framework. Please ask for details about the possibility of insurance use and the scope of practice for these sessions

In-Person Opening Retreat October 2-8, 2026

A Cabin in the Woods
Cascade, Idaho

We will be gathering on this beautiful 80-acre property that sits roughly 90 minutes north of Boise, Idaho. This 6,500 sq ft home has a rustic cabin feel with all the modern day luxuries.

Results and Outcomes

This is a deeply transformational container where you will journey into the depths of both your inner and outer landscape.

The result of embarking on this journey are beyond anything you can imagine – and the list of potential outcomes is extensive. Most importantly, you will learn how to reclaim your inner authority and receive clarity about your life path. You will feel more joy and connection to something much greater than yourself. You will also shed endless layers of self that are no longer needed.

This mentorship is not for the faint of heart, but we promise it is worth the effort.

Meet Your Facilitators

Nadia Hrynkiw, LMT
Medicine Woman | Oracle | Trauma Specialist

Nadia is your Lead Facilitator on this journey. With a background in Indigenous Healing and Body-Based Approaches, she is able to bring “the woo” into a grounded framework in a way that is easy to digest and integrate. Nadia specializes in guiding people through sacred transformation and returning them to their original, authentic selves.

Ryan Evans Kuhlman
Spiritual Intuitive | Men’s Coach

Ryan is one of your Assistant Facilitators. He has a diverse background that includes a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology, deep passion for helping other men, and a love for food and creating. Ryan brings a grounded masculine presence to the container, as well as an abundance of play through his light-hearted approach to spiritual exploration.

Rachel Elizabeth Rutkie, PsyD
Mystic | Metaphysical Practitioner | Licensed Psychologist

Rachel is an Assistant Facilitator of Retreats and Optional Coach for the duration of your mentorship. Rachel offers a deep loving presence combined with the education of a mental healthcare provider – offering the ultimate multidimensional support. She specializes in shadow work, shamanic counseling, and processing trauma.
